Workshop Formats

Measuring Impact

Training impact is measured concretely. Pre and post cohort assessments quantify capability gains across knowledge, confidence, and applied skill. Project portfolios capture the specific automations, prototypes, and process changes participants ship during the programme. Six-week and twelve-week follow-up reviews track which projects went into production and what business value they delivered. We never deliver training as a tick-box exercise — every cohort closes with a programme review and a recommendation on next steps. The AI Readiness Assessment often follows training as participants identify the next wave of opportunities to scope formally.
