Flexible Engagement

Retainer engagements scale to your needs and budget. Smallest engagements are 4 days per month covering monitoring and small changes for one or two production systems. Mid-size retainers run 8-12 days per month for businesses with 5-10 production AI systems requiring regular evolution. Largest engagements include fractional senior leadership at 8-12 days per month for organisations building internal AI teams who need experienced steering until those teams are autonomous. We never lock you into multi-year contracts — every retainer is reviewed quarterly and either party can adjust scope or end with reasonable notice. The AI training capability runs alongside many retainers as we transfer knowledge to client teams over time.

Fractional AI Leadership

Many mid-market UK businesses need senior AI leadership but cannot justify a full-time hire at six-figure salary plus equity. Fractional Chief AI Officer or VP AI engagements give you that seniority on a retainer basis — typically 2-3 days per week.
